What should I wear to a Boot Camp class?
Weather appropriate workout clothes and comfortable, appropriate sneakers.
What should I bring to class?
Bring the essentials!! Water, a towel and the motivation to improve your health and fitness level!
I am a beginner. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes. The instructor will show modifications for all levels of fitness.
What if it rains? Do we still workout in the rain?
Most likely, yes we will still have the class. If the conditions are unsafe we will either find an indoor spot or schedule a make-up class. Check the website for updates! Classes are VERY rarely cancelled.
What is the minimum and maximum # of participants?
Class size is typically 6-10 people. Class will be held for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 20.
Why is boot camp different from other exercise classes?
Killington Boot Camp is a unique combination of intervals to create a total body workout in every class. Opposing muscle groups are worked in a variety of ways during strength training and bursts of cardio segments keep your heart pumping and the fat burning!
What types of exercises do we do in class?
We focus on body weight exercises and mix in drills with medicine balls, kettlebells, and resistance bands. Agility ladders, benchs, fences, bike racks, hills, stairs and even swings are utilized as well! You will do lunges, squats, pull ups, squat thrusts, pushups, jumping jacks, jump rope drills, plyometrics, obstacle courses, extensive core training and much more. All guaranteed to be effective and fun!
What if I can't do pushups?
This is THE most frequently asked question! You will be shown modifications on the traditional push up and eventually you WILL be able to do pushups!

I am interested in personal training can I combine boot camp with a package?
Yes! This is the ultimate way to get in shape. All training packages come with an unlimited boot camp add-on option. There are many affordable options-get a group of 3 friends together and try small group training! Click here to see training options:
I want to try a class before I purchase a package, can I do that?
Yes. The drop in class fee is $10. Come pay for one class and if (and when) we get you hooked we will deduct that $10 from any package you pick!
