Beth Roberts is a certified personal trainer with over 16 years of experience. Beth has taught many styles of fitness and levels of clients over her career as a trainer/instructor. Boot camp is her signature class, combining styles for an optimal total body workout.

Boot camp is a total body workout in one hour. This class, taught by a personal trainer, is a series of intervals designed to train multiple muscles at one time, optimizing results. A unique combination of cardiovascular drills, body weight exercises, core work and strength drills provide the optimal one hour class. Participants will lose weight, increase endurance, build strength, burn fat, release stress and learn about fitness! Receive the benefits of personal training with the added benefit of group energy!
